Context: Development of a global analytics and reporting approach for a major international client.
Challenge: Different data models, reporting approaches and legacy systems were creating inconsistent visibility across international operations.
Conrad's Role: Led client-facing delivery and coordinated global design teams to establish a unified MicroStrategy-based analytics platform.
Outcome: Delivered analytics harmonisation across 65+ countries and 25 categories as part of a $50M, three-year programme.

Context: An enterprise initiative focused on improving deployment efficiency and reducing operational overhead.
Challenge: High operational costs, repetitive administration and fragmented regional delivery models were slowing deployment.
Conrad's Role: Led a structured Lean Six Sigma transformation, established an offshore delivery hub in Chennai and developed a nearshore model in Central Eastern Europe.
Outcome: The programme contributed to $3.5M in savings and delivered $1.2M in annual productivity gains through process improvement.
